Hi, I'm Amanda
I’ve spent more than 15 years helping people understand themselves and navigate change through coaching, mentoring, and leadership work.
Professionally, my background includes nearly two decades working in leadership, organizational effectiveness, and human development roles, where I’ve helped individuals and teams recognize patterns, shift perspective, and move forward with more clarity.
What I’ve learned from thousands of conversations is this: most people aren’t broken, they’ve just never been shown how to understand what’s happening inside them.
That realization is what led me to create Lighter.
But it wasn't always this way...
Like many people, there were long stretches of my life where things looked fine on the outside but something still felt off underneath.
I spent years trying to fix, improve, or push past that feeling before realizing the problem wasn’t that something was wrong with me.
I just didn’t know how to understand myself yet.
